My refridgerater in my travel trailer won't turn back on.?
I have a 2003 Prowler trailer with a Dometic refridge, Power is either 110 volt AC, or 12V DC, or propane. I turned it off to clean it, now it won't re-start. Is there a re-set button or something that I should push? Thanks for tthe help.
To Bconehead, yes, it runs on either propane, or it can run off 12vdc, or it can run off 120v AC. It is inside a travel trailer, and they are made this way because you never know what the power source is going to be where you camp. Your turn!!
check and see if you have a gfci plug tripped somewhere, I had a similar problem. I found an outlet tripped in the bathroom. All the 110's were connected. I reset the plug and all was solved. It has happened more than once, so if my fridge wont come on, I check that first and that is usually what it is. As for the propane side of it, if I havent used my trailer in a while, I prime the lines so to speak. I light the stove which is right next to the fridge for a couple minutes to get everything flowing good through the lines.
