something is happening 20 my 50cc aerox it will start first time then i can goe up and down the road flat out no proplem then it starts spluttering and backfiring i didnt no what it was but then i attached a battery charger to the battery then it started and revved full? i think its an electric problem (fuse)? (generator?) and it happend again then i attached the charger to the battery and it revved up again its draining the battery when it running and when theres no power left the scooter splutters and coughs then cuts out catch my drift whats happening????
Cannot be a fuse. Could be that the battery is dead and past its useful life span or the alternator is not charging it. This may be due to poor wiring connections or may need a new one of either.

Ahh, carby issues are all too common (and annoying). I'd pull the carby off and take the bowl (bottom) off and clean the inside (with an air compressor if you have access to one) next pull the needle and thingy out (pin thing that holds the float on) and make sure it is free of dust/dirt particles and can move freely. Also dipping the dismantled carby bits in CLEAN fuel can remove small bits of dust/dirt. be gentle when dismantling carby as the parts (especially for small engines) can be very small and thus fragile. if you have a good spark and after this you get no results check all the wiring (kill switch) for splits, disconnection, melting ect; if still nothing, it could be engine probs. Hi guys, I will move into a cabin this friday, but there is no power yet and no good lights. So I will a generator yamaha 2800 watt anyways. So I want some really good light, I was thinking I will buy a Halogen double work lamp based on a metal holder. So I would put it in the 1 floor so there will be really bright light, in kitchen, table and the bandcorner with instruments and the second light will point up in the second floor where 50% are open so there will be enought light too. You think this is a good idea? Because I don't wont to buy 5-6 floor lamps that don't give enough light anyway and they are more expensive...!
Using more fluorescent lamps is more expensive initially, but you'll save on fuel. They sell plug-in work light units, and they give about 3X the light per watt, that you'll get from Halogen incandescents. Also, you will find that spreading the light around, rather than having single very bright sources will make things much more 'livable'. The high contrast between light & dark will actually decrease the total visibility from the same amount of light.

velleman make an ignition exciter / amplifier kit This still uses the points but not to collapse the feild but as a mere switch. It can be modified to work on 6 volts. and uses most of the original components you'll be hard pushed to find an impulse type ignitor for this bike. see my previous answer to your previous question worded differently
