xantrex inverter Watts
Can the Xantrex XPower 5000 Watt Inverter handle a Noma Portable heater? Heard that heaters overload inverters?
If it can handle a heater, since it is only 800W max, then can it handle multiple loads with a heater? How much and for how long before I run the risk of a over temp shutdown? And can I attach more than one 12v battery to secure my power supply?

How about 2 or 3 batteries?
The 5000 is rated 4000 watts continuous according to the manufacturer. Yes, it should handle multiple heater loads, up to 4000 watts total. Heaters are basically resistive loads, the easiest load for an inverter, power factor is 1. Motors are the worst load, because the current and voltage are not in phase, therefore the maximum load must be de rated from 4000 watts. If all the 12 volt batteries were in good condition, the same size, the same age, you should be able to attach the batteries in parallel. If they weren't equal in these parameters, "A new battery connected in parallel to an older one will not get fully charged, and the older battery may get overcharged." per the boatsafe reference below.

Light Halogen
How do you unscrew a dead halogen light bulb??
Trying to fix in a new buld but i cant take out the old one.
Halogen bulbs don't screw in, they are held in between two prongs. Gently pull and rotate at the same time. Also, be aware that skin oil is the worst thing for a halogen bulb. Make sure to hold the new one with a rag when putting it in.
