tankless water heaters can be bought at most plumbing outlets. lowes can get them too. i have used them in many house we built and they work great. match the btu's to the output that u guess u will use and that will size the heater. they have a chart for u to scale the size u will need

how do i clean my rv hot water heater the hot water just drips out. its is only 3 yrs old.?

Don't do anything except pull the drain plug!
you can stick a flash light in there and see if it's caked in scale if so you may need to replace it.
once a season I do that and check to see if I need to replace the anode rod, A sacrificial part that helps keep the tank clean.
it sounds like you have a pressure problem My RV has a small pump to pressure the whole potable water system. maybe you should also pressure test the whole system.
